Radiation Emergency Medical Management (REMM) is created in collaboration by:

• Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (HHS/ASPR) and Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (HHS/ASPR/BARDA)
• National Library of Medicine (NLM)
• National Cancer Institute (NCI)
• Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

REMM offers guidance designed for healthcare professionals, primarily physicians, focusing on clinical diagnosis and treatment of radiation injuries during radiological and nuclear emergencies. It delivers just-in-time evidence-based information that is easily digestible, providing ample context to simplify complex matters for individuals without formal radiation medicine expertise. The platform incorporates web-based resources that can also be pre-downloaded to ensure accessibility during events where internet connection may not be available.

Mobile REMM includes select essential pages from REMM's online version, featuring patient management algorithms concerning radiation exposure, contamination issues, a dose estimator for radiation exposure, adult and pediatric triage protocols, key isotopes to consider, radiation countermeasures, as well as emergency contact information.
